    For registration of Private Limited Company certain requirements should be complied with.


    There should be two minimum 2 directors and the maximum can be 15 directors. Out of which one must be resident.


    Minimum 2 directors. Even another Private limited company or LLP can also be the shareholders in the company.

     Capital contribution

    All the shareholders should bring the capital. Minimum capital of the company can be Rs.100,000 (One Lakh).
